OUR POLICIES
Your appointments are very important to the Instinct Salon team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefor, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice of cancellations. Credit card required to put on file to hold your appointment, if our policy is violated the card on file will be charged.

ONE DAY CANCELLATIONS RULE
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount. *We understand emergencies and illness occur. If this is the case, please call & you will not be charged for this type of cancellation.
NO SHOW
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, will be charged the full amount of that service missed.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
